30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with CertTracker for any reason within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, contact us and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply email us at:

support@getcerttracker.com

Include your account email address and the reason for your refund request (optional). We will process your refund within 5–10 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method.

Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of your first paid subscription payment.
  • The 30-day guarantee applies to new subscriptions only. Renewals and subsequent billing cycles are not eligible for a refund under this policy.
  • If you cancel your subscription after the 30-day window, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period but will not receive a refund for that period.

Free Trial

CertTracker offers a 14-day free trial on all plans. No credit card is required to start your trial. You will not be charged unless you voluntarily upgrade to a paid plan. There is nothing to refund for the free trial period.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain full access to CertTracker until the end of your current billing period.
  • Your account will be downgraded to the free trial tier after the billing period ends.
  • Your data (employees, certifications, documents) will be preserved and accessible if you choose to resubscribe.

Annual Plans

For annual subscriptions, the 30-day money-back guarantee applies from the date of purchase. If you request a refund within the first 30 days, you will receive a full refund of the annual payment. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable, but you may cancel to prevent renewal.

Exceptions

Refunds may be denied in cases of abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to repeatedly claim the money-back guarantee, or using the service in violation of our Terms of Service.
